Born in Barcelona, Miquel undertook his first experience abroad at less than 25 years of age, to lead a training project in India.
He was in charge of more than 100 children and 10 coaches, and in which he was a key part of their training.
Later, back in Spain, Miquel took charge of CE Sabadell’s U19 team, winning the League championship in the second highest category of Spanish grassroots football in his first season.
The following year he achieved the historical qualifying record by finishing 6th in the highest category of Spanish soccer with his U19 team.
In the 2022/2023 season he is the current assistant coach of CE Sabadell in the third category of Spanish football, competing against the U23 teams of Real Madrid and FC Barcelona.
