7 Steps for 7-A-Side is a structured 7-step guide for all professionals who want to learn, understand, and take full advantage of 7-A-Side soccer and its unique characteristics.

In this course, you will learn all phases of the game, its main characteristics, and why we call it ‘the transition game’. Under the guidance of Bernat Franquesa, co-founder of APFC alongside Albert Puig, we will provide you with a complete, global perspective of the game—focusing on the most frequent situations and the different ways to solve them. This will allow you to work effectively with your team while understanding the developmental stages of players in 7-A-Side soccer, giving you a real, practical application not only in matches but also in training sessions, where you will be able to implement the drills you will receive in the final chapter of the course.
