The guide to help young players develop their talent
EARLY STAGES (6-8 YEARS)

Introduction

Our mission is that the child learns to play by playing, in accordance with their instincts, that they want to play, move freely and enjoy the game.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

One of the most important points at early stages is understanding the player, what they are learning at those ages, and how they cognitively, emotionally, and physically develop.

Knowing how the players are at those stages will help us to coach them more efficiently.

Jamie Vardy was and is a nightmare for Pep Guardiola. Leicester played We identify different problems at those ages. The early specialization, how the coaches are used to coach these players, and the covid effect are some of the problems we can find at those ages.

And again, Germany will implement a revolutionary plan to develop more talented players and find a more child-friendly way to enjoy soccer.

Learn more about how Germany is breaking with traditional coaching in the early stages.

We show you a battery of drills for your players to coach them effectively, with a lot of fun, with room for creativity, and giving the central role to the players.
